Each product manufactured at Tools Incorporated is produced in accordance with the AIAG guidelines, including PFMEA, PPAP, and in process checks to ensure that the products produced for you exceed your quality expectations. Our CMM’s are outfitted with PC-DMIS software and have the ability to measure product in the range of 60” x 28” x 24”.
Tools Inc. ensures the highest standards with the use of state-of-the-art technology. Our Faro Edge uses both scan and probe technologies to measure, compare, analyze and report the accuracy of a part. This technology includes an innovative scanning laser which provides precise results without ever contacting the part. Along with this, analyzing the data through Geomagic Qualify CAD inspection software points out deviations and discrepancies between the physical production object and modeled part design.”
