Tools Inc. has a broad range of stamping capabilites. Our line of deep draw hydraulic presses include 450, 850, and 1,000 ton with bed sizes to 98 x 102. We have mechanical presses with tonnages of 95, 200, 300 and 600 in bed sizes to 60 x 108. Our presses have the capability of being fed from coil stock up to 30 inches in width.
Value-added activities include robotic mig welding as well as traditional resistance welding and riveting along with sub-assembly. We work with many outside suppliers to give your part the finish you require whether it be plating or painting. is capable of producing the parts we tool with
presses up to 850 tons. Sometimes the cost of conventional trim and pierce dies
cannot be justified. In such cases the use of our 5 axis lasers is the
solution.
